Wrongful Death of a 22-Year-Old Man Results in $750,000 Settlement

At 4:32 p.m. on August 27, 2015, a 22-year-old young man from Hanford, California was driving a Honda southbound on 14th Avenue in Kings County, California. Suddenly and without warning, a 53-year-old man in a big rig made a left-hand turn in directly in front of the Honda driver leaving him no time to stop.

A fatal collision occurred just one foot south of Fargo Avenue in this unincorporated area of Kings County, California. The 22-year-old, Honda driver was airlifted to Community Regional Medical Center in Fresno, California.

Sadly while in the operating room, he died from his injuries.
